Chris's new fish

The newest addition to Chris's aquarium is this great fish called a bicher. The bicher resembles a lobe-finned fish (such as a lungfish), however, it is a ray-finned fish (Actinopterygii). It's about 4 inches long and really fun to watch. Very archaic-looking.

Chris gets his hair did

Kristal was here this past weekend and during this time she cornrowed Chris's hair. It took 4 hours, during which Chris watched TV and filled himself with cookie dough.

Moon and Venus

This was the site from the Back Shore in Castine last night around 7:15, after the sun had set. The tide was out, the lights of Belfast were shining, and beginning to brighten in the Western sky were two celestial objects, a crescent moon and a very bright Venus.
